Receive a proforma quotation
A proforma quotation sets the price of each machine, at no charge to the buyer. It sets out the machine, its configuration and optional equipment.

Build
The machine is built in Europe Makine's own 1,500 m² facility, where in-house R&D designs custom washing systems to customer demand.

Shipping and installation
Shipping is door to door on every machine, and Europe Makine installs it free of charge.

Warranty and service
A 12-month warranty covers the machine. In the US, technicians and spare parts work from the base in Greenacres, Florida.
What to send with your enquiry
For a SUNRISE truck and bus gantry, send the depot layout, the number of vehicles washed per day, and the tallest and widest vehicle.
For a conveyor tunnel, send the site dimensions including queue length, the water supply, drainage, electrical capacity, opening hours and expected vehicles per day at peak. The quotation then sets the tunnel length, arch sequence and optional equipment.
For a rail wash, send the rolling stock type, set length and number of sets, the depot road with its length, clearances and electrification, the wash frequency and turnaround window, whether it runs attended or unattended, and the water supply, discharge consent and recycling requirement.

Reading a quotation
Check the washing envelope against your largest vehicle, and the installed power and water figures against what the site can supply. Then look at the optional equipment listed, because it changes both.
On a rollover, ask which programs are included. EPHESUS ships with 10 program forms, and CIRRUS 5N optional components can be installed at any time. On a tunnel, ask for the arch sequence and conveyor length the quotation assumes.
After handover
Every machine runs under PLC control and keeps its own records. EPHESUS counts washes per program and signals faults by address. The conveyor tunnel operator screen gives point-by-point fault diagnostics and projects consecutive vehicle pickup times.
The 12-month warranty is backed by Europe Makine's US company, which installs and services the machines from Greenacres, Florida. Service technicians work from there, and the spare parts stock is held there.
On sites that see frost, SUNRISE has a push-button winter drain. It empties water and chemicals below +4 °C and rotates the brushes.
